About The Community

Mercer Residential West is a community comprised of seven different neighborhoods, each with their own distinctive character and design elements.

Life at Mercer centers around The Gatherings, our amenity center that features a gym, meditation room, meeting space, lounge area and kitchen. When not in use by the community, the facility is available for private events.

With three sparkling pools, playgrounds, dog parks, walking paths and green spaces, and a robust social calendar, there is something for everyone at Mercer Residential West.
